Synthesis and characterization of PLGA-PEG-ligands nanoparticles

Collaborative service contract with external company with the aim of developing polymer composition and the method of preparation of PLGA-PEG nanoparticles of desired size, size distribution and surface charge. Next, the particles were modified with surface ligands (antibodies and antibody fragments) through several conjugation chemistry approaches. The degree of surface modifications, the separation methods and the purity of modified particles were evaluated to ensure removal of all unreacted ligands and to access the effect of different modifications conditions on in vitro activity of the particles.
